Experience:
The purpose of the position is to deal with exclusively daily factory office administrative functions, security and safety operations as well as maintain all related files and co-ordinating local administration and other related regulatory bodies.
Oversee and manage all factory administrative activities, security, safety and compliance-related functions to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day HR and administrative activities and provide necessary logistical support for uninterrupted factory operations.
Perform general administrative tasks, including computer typing and documentation in both English and Bengali.
Prepare and maintain duty rosters, shift schedules, attendance records, and related reports.
Maintain employee records and documentation related to recruitment, confirmation, promotion, increment, disciplinary actions and separation processes.
Ensure proper maintenance and renewal of factory licenses, permits, regulatory approvals, vehicle registrations, fitness certificates and other statutory documents.
Maintain and update employee personal files and records in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
Foster effective communication and maintain harmonious industrial relations between management and workers to minimize grievances and workplace disputes.
Organize worker motivation, awareness and engagement programs to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor absenteeism, maintain attendance records and conduct counseling sessions with employees when necessary.
Prepare office orders, notices, circulars, reports, letters, emails, meeting minutes and other official correspondence as directed by management.
Liaise with local administration, law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws and applicable regulatory requirements.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
