• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Studies, Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Studies

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking, Advertising Agency, Market Research Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center, Financial Consultants, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Female

• Excellent verbal communication in Bangla

• Working proficiency in English

• Strong command of MS Office & Google Sheets

• Team management and leadership capability

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership

• Lead, monitor, and guide the sales team toward defined targets.

• Maintain team discipline, productivity, and performance standards.

• Motivate team members and identify opportunities for performance improvement.

Business Development

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.

• Identify market opportunities and contribute to market expansion.

• Develop practical initiatives to improve revenue generation.

Strategic Execution

• Create actionable daily and weekly plans for the team.

• Introduce innovative approaches to improve sales efficiency and outreach.

• Convert business ideas into measurable actions and results.

Operations & Reporting

• Coordinate day-to-day operational and workflow requirements.

• Monitor team performance and key activities.

• Prepare structured reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
