দায়িত্বসমূহ
- সম্ভাব্য ও বিদ্যমান ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ ও ফলো-আপ করা।
- ফোন কল, মেসেজ ও মিটিংয়ের মাধ্যমে ক্লায়েন্টদের তথ্য প্রদান এবং সম্পর্ক উন্নয়ন করা।
- CRM সফটওয়্যারে ক্লায়েন্টের তথ্য সংরক্ষণ ও হালনাগাদ করা।
- আগ্রহী বিনিয়োগকারী/ক্লায়েন্টদের অফিস ভিজিট ও মিটিং সমন্বয় করা।
- ক্লায়েন্টের প্রশ্ন ও অভিযোগের দ্রুত সমাধান নিশ্চিত করা।
- নির্ধারিত মাসিক লক্ষ্য অর্জনে টিমের সাথে কাজ করা।
যোগ্যতা
- ন্যূনতম স্নাতক (যেকোনো বিষয়ে)।
- CRM, Customer Service, Sales বা Marketing-এ অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
- ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা ও কম্পিউটার পরিচালনায় পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
