Educational Requirements

Additional professional qualifications in Supply Chain or Inventory Management will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
Experience in electronics retail, distribution, or trading companies will be given preference.
Experience in ERP software operation is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.
About the Position
Hoque Electronics is looking for a dynamic, honest, and detail-oriented professional for the position of Inventory Management & Procurement Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing inventory operations, procurement activities, supplier coordination, stock control, and ensuring the availability of products across all showrooms.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of all products.
Ensure accurate stock records and inventory reconciliation.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits.
Monitor stock movement, stock aging, and stock shortages.
Coordinate with showroom managers regarding stock requirements and transfers.
Prepare inventory reports for management.
Procurement
Source products from local suppliers and vendors.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and evaluate suppliers.
Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
Maintain supplier databases and vendor relationships.
Ensure timely procurement of products to avoid stock shortages.
Follow up on deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues.
Assist management in identifying new suppliers and procurement opportunities.
