  • Age At least 18 years
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, procurement, logistics management and compliance in manufacturing units will be preferred.

  • Knowledge of administration functions and government regulatory issues (laws, rules, and licensing).

  • Knowledge of social compliance (Health, safety, and environment).

  • Understanding of The Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & The Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015.

  • Expertise in analytical report writing skills and record-keeping.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain health, safety, security, and house keeping issues of the center, including wings, and sub-centers as per the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006.

  • Ensure all kinds of installation and maintenance such as ETP, Electrical, Generator, Civil Construction, Machinery, Gas Line, Furniture and Fixtures, etc.

  • Make the schedule and arrange the vehicle for product delivery on time and ensure logistics support.

  • Arrange accommodation and food for external guests/visitors as per organization policy.

  • Handle the issues of land purchase, mutation, and lease of the center and ensure procurement of necessary items as and when required.

  • Ensure collecting/renewal license (fire license, factory license, boiler license, etc.) and certificate (environment, No Objection Certificate for factory setup, investment board certificate, corporation certificate, boiler operator competency certificate, etc.)

  • Prepare notice as per management instruction and disseminate circulars to the respective sections and sub-centers.

  • Maintain overall compliance issues of the center, wings, and sub-center and maintain the Day Care Center

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation

  • Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

  • Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
