Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure effective time management.

  • Handle official correspondence, emails, letters, and documentation on behalf of the Director with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and follow-up actions as required.

  • Assist in meeting preparation by coordinating required documents, collecting relevant papers, and preparing briefing materials for effective discussion.

  • Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Flexible and willing to work beyond regular hours when required, with readiness to travel as per organizational needs.

  • Maintain and organize important records, files, and confidential documents of the Director’s office.

  • Screen and prioritize phone calls, visitors, and requests to ensure efficient handling of Director-related matters.

  • Assist the Director in monitoring ongoing projects, assignments, and management decisions through regular follow-up.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Director.
