Experience:

Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth coordination among all clinical, nursing, diagnostic, pharmacy, housekeeping, security, and support service departments.
Monitor patient admission, transfer, discharge, and service delivery processes to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Handle patient and attendant complaints, concerns, and service recovery initiatives promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, operational protocols, safety standards, and quality assurance requirements.
Coordinate emergency situations and support crisis management activities.
Supervise front desk, customer service, hospitality, and support staff to ensure professional conduct and service excellence.
Prepare daily operational reports and communicate key issues to hospital management.
Monitor cleanliness, security, maintenance, and overall patient environment throughout the hospital.
Assist management in implementing operational improvements and service excellence initiatives.
Maintain effective communication with consultants, department heads, and hospital administration.
