Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand hospital services and market presence.

  • Identify, approach, and establish strong relationships with corporate clients, organizations, and business partners.

  • Lead corporate marketing initiatives, including client visits, presentations, and networking activities.

  • Plan, manage, and supervise marketing and promotional campaigns through both offline and digital channels.

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.

  • Collaborate with medical and administrative departments to design and promote healthcare service packages.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Organize and oversee health camps, corporate wellness programs, seminars, and promotional events.

  • Monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and market dynamics.

  • Prepare regular business development reports and present performance updates to management.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for marketing and business development activities.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
