Position Summary
The Online Sales & Customer Service Executive will manage customer inquiries, orders, and communications across digital platforms. The role involves driving online sales, resolving customer concerns, handling customer calls, and supporting digital marketing campaigns to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries, orders, and sales through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Convert online inquiries into sales through effective communication and product recommendations.
Handle customer calls, complaints, and after-sales support professionally and promptly.
Process and track customer orders while coordinating with inventory, production, and delivery teams.
Respond to comments, messages, and leads generated from digital marketing campaigns.
Assist in the execution and monitoring of online promotional campaigns and sales activities.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.
