Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to develop business strategies.

  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients/customers.

  • Analyze customer feedback and service trends to recommend improvements. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients/customers and partners.

  • Preparing and negotiating contracts and agreements with clients/customers and partners.

  • Creating and presenting proposals, tenders and pitches to clients/customers.

  • Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Monitoring and reporting on business performance metrics and key performance indicators.

  • Assist in business forecasting and share ideas for growth based on market trends and feedback.

  • Actively assist in developing guidelines and strategies to participate in branding and promotional activities.

  • Participating in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

  • Developing and managing a sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.

  • Maintain Hotline number, Facebook page monitoring & fast response to the customer/client query & prepare the report.
