Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to develop business strategies.
Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients/customers.
Analyze customer feedback and service trends to recommend improvements. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients/customers and partners.
Preparing and negotiating contracts and agreements with clients/customers and partners.
Creating and presenting proposals, tenders and pitches to clients/customers.
Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitoring and reporting on business performance metrics and key performance indicators.
Assist in business forecasting and share ideas for growth based on market trends and feedback.
Actively assist in developing guidelines and strategies to participate in branding and promotional activities.
Participating in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Developing and managing a sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Maintain Hotline number, Facebook page monitoring & fast response to the customer/client query & prepare the report.
