• Age 22 to 35 years

• Ability to achieve individual monthly Business Target  of Core Product: Liability/ Personal Loan/ Auto Loan/ Home Loan.

• Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities in order to grow business and achievement of sales targets.

• Ensure business targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.

• Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels – campaigns, walk-ins, referrals from existing customers.

• Analysis of financial status to evaluate the credit worthiness of the client.

• Collect and complete applications with all required documents on daily basis from potential clients.

• Coordinate with Team Leader/ Line Manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.

• Promote specific products as directed by Line Management

• Any other Business Development activities assigned by the Management.
