Additional Requirements
Candidates having experience in Real Estate, Land Sales, Housing Projects, Insurance, Banking, or Direct Sales will get preference.
Must be willing to travel frequently for client meetings, field visits, and project site visits.
Strong networking ability and capability to build a personal client database.
Excellent presentation and convincing skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to generate sales independently and work proactively with minimum supervision.
Must possess a positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethics.
Familiarity with social media marketing and online lead generation will be considered an advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential plots and real estate projects of the company.

  • Generate leads through field visits, online platforms, referrals, and networking activities.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Conduct project presentations and site visits for potential customers.

  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure successful deal closures.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and daily activity records.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service and documentation.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Requirements
