The selected candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management.
Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market visits to generate sales and expand business coverage.
Promote company products and services effectively in the market.
Market Monitoring & Reporting
Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer demand.
Prepare daily sales reports, market visit reports, and customer feedback reports.
Monitor product availability and coordinate with the production and supply chain teams.
Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies for business growth.
Customer Relationship Management
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up activities professionally.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Maintain proper communication with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Support after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with Accounts, Store, Production, and Delivery teams for smooth operations.
Maintain proper sales records, customer databases, and documentation.
Assist management in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
