Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

• Diploma in Mechanical

• Diploma in Industrial Production Engineering

• Candidates with relevant technical certifications will receive preference.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Fresh diploma graduates with industrial training may also apply for junior positions.

• Operate PVC production/coating/lamination machines according to production plans and SOPs.

• Set up machine parameters such as speed, temperature, pressure, and tension as per production requirements.

• Monitor machine performance continuously during operation.

• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and product changeover activities.

• Ensure finished products meet quality specifications.

• Inspect raw materials before and during production.

• Record production data, machine parameters, downtime, and daily production reports.

• Identify machine abnormalities and immediately report them to the Production Supervisor.

• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.

• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department during machine breakdowns.

• Reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency.

• Follow all safety rules and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Maintain housekeeping around the machine and production area.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce defects.
