• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure in a manufacturing environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Conduct quality testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished PVC products.

• Analyze physical and chemical properties of PVC compounds and synthetic leather products.

• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Prepare laboratory formulations and assist in product development and process improvement.

• Maintain laboratory equipment, testing records, and quality documentation.

• Investigate quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and safe use of chemicals in accordance with company policies.

• Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to achieve consistent product quality.

• Follow SOPs, ISO standards, and laboratory safety procedures.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QC reports as required.
