Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support our online marketing efforts across multiple digital channels. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in social media marketing, content creation, audience engagement, branding, and digital campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Assist in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube accounts

• Schedule and publish social media content

• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when appropriate

Content Creation

• Create engaging social media posts, captions, and graphics

• Assist with blog writing and promotional content

• Help develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials

Digital Marketing

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Support SEO and keyword research activities

• Assist with email marketing campaigns

• Help track and analyze campaign performance metrics

Branding & Community Engagement

• Support brand awareness initiatives

• Engage with online communities and audiences

• Assist in growing followers and increasing engagement rates

Analytics & Reporting

• Track social media performance

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports

• Recommend improvements based on analytics and trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:

  • Marketing

  • Business Administration

  • Communications

  • Digital Media

  • Journalism

  • Related fields

OR

• Demonstrated interest in digital marketing through self-learning, projects, or certifications

Desired Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Creativity and attention to detail

• Familiarity with social media platforms

• Basic Canva design skills

• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok marketing

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
