Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description / Responsibility
To develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies.
To develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish corporate sales goals.
To research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
To anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationships with important clients.
To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
To negotiate and close agreements with large customers and to manage and oversee the daily operations of the assigned territory.
To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
To develop growth strategies for current markets, identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
To provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients` needs.
To expand the business network around the territory.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor/Honors
Masters
Skills Required: Corporate Sales, communication and interpersonal skill., Cement Sales, Have valid motorbike driving licence

Depth of knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.

Excellent presentation and writing skills.
Able to understand and manage product line, customer and pricing.
Familiarity with the industry and products preferred.
Conversant with and effective in the techniques and disciplines of sales, sales management, and marketing communications.
