1. Sales Target & Revenue Generation
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly volume and value sales targets assigned for the specific area.
Market Share Growth: Execute strategies to increase the company's market share against competitors.
Collection Management: Ensure timely payment collections and manage dues from dealers and corporate clients to minimize outstanding balances.
2. Channel & Network Development
Dealer/Retailer Management: Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and sub-dealers to ensure deep market penetration.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, retailers, masons, contractors, and individual home builders.
Inventory Control: Monitor dealer inventory levels to prevent stock outs and ensure a steady supply of cement in the market.
3. Team Leadership & Supervision
Manage Field Force: Supervise, mentor, and monitor the daily activities of Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Sales Representatives.
Target Allocation: Break down macro area targets into actionable, dealer-wise sales allocations for the sales team.
Performance Review: Conduct regular team meetings, evaluate individual sales performance, and provide training to close performance gaps.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Competitor Tracking: Actively monitor and report on competitor activities, including price changes, promotional schemes, and market moves.
Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress and market analysis reports to the regional or central management team.
Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts based on market trends and construction demands.
5. Brand Visibility & Promotions
Market Visibility: Ensure maximum product visibility and availability at the point of sale (retailer stores).
Brand Awareness: Organize and execute promotional events, mason meets, and consumer gatherings to promote the company’s brand.
