• Experience in recruitment (HR), telesales, customer service, call center, or sales is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.

• Good communication skills in Bangla and English, with strong listening and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with cold calls and continuous follow-up with clients and candidates.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel, web-based systems, and data entry.

• Result-oriented, detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to work toward targets.

1. Contact and follow up with clients and candidates through phone calls and other communication channels.

2. Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate recruitment needs in the after-sales&delivery team.

3. Source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates based on job requirements.

4. Arrange and follow up on interviews to improve candidate attendance and conversion.

5. Track candidate progress from initial contact to successful joining and resolve recruitment-related issues.

6. Achieve recruitment and sales targets by driving customer conversion, candidate engagement, and successful hiring outcomes.
