• Postgraduation / MBA major in Marketing from any reputed private / public university.

• Age 24 to 32 years

• Plan and execute brand communication campaigns in association with ATL, BTL, and Digital agencies

• Track and analyze competitors` brand marketing activities and campaigns to initiate contemporary action plans

• Align brand management objectives with marketing, creative, and advertising agencies

• Strategic Distributor/Dealer management, facilitation, incentive planning

• Plan and prepare brand budgets, track expenses, and analyze ROI.

• Develop and manage trade promotional strategies and assets.

• Support category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and annual goals

• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and sales department to activate brand marketing programs effectively
