• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Cement, Steel, Building & Construction Materials

• Age 25 to 38 years
• Only Male

• 3–7 years of experience in Ready-Mix Concrete, Construction Materials, Cement, Concrete Admixture, or Construction Industry Sales.

• Experience dealing with developers, contractors, consultants, and infrastructure projects is preferred.

• Knowledge of concrete technology and mix design.

• Knowledge of RMC production, quality control, and logistics.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC).

• Identify and develop new customers, including real estate developers, contractors, consultants, government projects, and infrastructure companies.

• Generate inquiries, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
