  • Skills: Strong active listening, objection handling, and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and MS Office (Excel, Word).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.



Responsibilities & Context:

Role Summary

The Senior Customer Acquisition Executive will be the voice of ACE Developers Ltd. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with high-value prospects via targeted outbound calling, qualify them into sales-ready leads, and meticulously nurture relationships through strategic follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Cold/Warm Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and corporate leads to introduce ACE Developers' real estate portfolio.

  • Qualification: Pitch projects effectively, understand customer requirements, and filter prospects into qualified leads for the closing team.

  • Pipeline Management & Follow-ups: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with warm prospects to keep ACE Developers top-of-mind and guide them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.

  • CRM Maintenance: Accurately log call outcomes, customer feedback, and appointment details in the company CRM.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to handle objections confidently.
