Responsibilities & Context:
Site Acquisition & Market Development
Identify and secure suitable locations for new Meena Bazar outlets through market mapping and catchment analysis.
Evaluate sites based on commercial viability, accessibility, visibility, demographics, and competition.
Conduct field assessments and prepare feasibility reports, including rental benchmarks and business projections.
Develop strong relationships with landowners, developers, real estate agents, and local stakeholders to source strategic locations.
Negotiate lease, purchase, and redevelopment agreements to achieve favorable business terms.
Coordinate with internal teams to complete due diligence, documentation, and site handover.
Monitor market trends and competitor expansion activities to support business growth.
Franchise & Investor Development
Identify and onboard potential franchise investors for Meena Bazar expansion.
Present franchise opportunities, business models, and ROI projections to prospective investors.
Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and ensure alignment with company standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational, financial, and technical issues at franchise outlets.
Support franchisees throughout site selection, store setup, and outlet launch processes.
Monitor franchise performance and recommend initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Maintain an updated investor pipeline and franchise database for management reporting.
