As a Business Development Executive at GlobalRAWS, you will focus on foreign companies to identify potential job placements and work orders. You will research international employers, map their hiring needs, and feed high-quality opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Research foreign companies (U.S., EU, GCC, and Asia) to identify staffing needs and potential work orders
Build, clean, and maintain prospect lists with key decision-maker contacts (HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Procurement)
Analyze job boards, company career pages, and vendor portals to detect relevant openings for GlobalRAWS candidates
Qualify companies based on hiring volume, job categories, and alignment with GlobalRAWS supply capability
Prepare concise company profiles and opportunity briefs for BD outreach and proposal preparation
Track leads, touchpoints, and status in CRM/Excel and keep data updated and well-structured
Monitor industry news, RFP portals, and tenders to surface new pipeline opportunities
Collaborate with BD and Recruitment teams to prioritize markets and occupations based on demand and margin potential
Create weekly and monthly pipeline reports (prospects added, qualified opportunities, potential work orders)
