About the Role: Lead Ourcare (an adult day care center based in New York, USA) operations support from Bangladesh, focusing on government licensing, regulatory compliance, and liaison work with public offices for documentation and approvals. The role requires close coordination with U.S.-based colleagues to ensure all filings, renewals, and compliance activities meet state and federal standards.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all licensing, renewal, and compliance activities with government agencies
• Prepare and manage submission of required documents and applications
• Coordinate with local and international Ourcare teams for approvals and follow-ups
• Represent Ourcare in official meetings, inspections, and correspondence
• Maintain clear records of all regulatory and administrative activities
