Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding students throughout their study abroad journey and ensuring successful application and visa processing for UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand destinations.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing professional counseling to students regarding study opportunities abroad.

• Assisting students in selecting suitable universities, courses, and career pathways.

• Handling complete admission procedures and application processing.

• Guiding students on visa requirements, financial documentation, SOPs, and interview preparation.

• Maintaining communication with students.

• Following up with prospective students and converting leads into enrollments.

• Achieving monthly counseling and admission targets (according to KPI).

• Conducting seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.

• Staying updated with immigration policies, university requirements, and market trends.

• Maintaining accurate student records and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any relevant discipline (Marketing and Law preferable) 

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in study abroad counseling.

• Strong knowledge of USA, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand admission and visa procedures.

• IELTS score 6-6.5 preferable 

• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Strong problem-solving and student management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online application systems.

• Experience with international university portals and CRM systems will be an added advantage.
