• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • In-depth knowledge of international education systems, university application processes, and visa regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.

• Workplace: On-site (Dhaka, Bangladesh)
• Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Guidance:

• • Provide professional counseling to students regarding study options in Australia, the USA, the UK, and Canada.
  • Assess students’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and financial capacities to suggest suitable institutions and courses.

Application & Admission Support:

• • Guide students through the entire admission process, including documentation, application submission, and follow-up with universities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and academic pathways.

Visa Processing Assistance:

• • Advise and assist students in preparing visa applications and supporting documents as per the specific country requirements.
  • Stay informed on current immigration policies and compliance procedures.

Relationship Management:

• • Maintain strong relationships with partner universities, institutions, and stakeholders.
  • Represent StudyCo Bangladesh in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.

Team Collaboration & Reporting:

• • Support junior counselors by sharing knowledge, mentoring, and training when required.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly counseling reports for management.
