Key Responsibilities:
- Call leads and schedule appointments.
- Ensure prospective students visit our office.
- Document and update customer information in the system.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
- Coordinate with other teams for smooth operations.
- Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer service.
