Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation regarding Student, Visit, Work, Business, and Immigration Visa applications.

• Assess clients' profiles and recommend the most suitable visa options.

• Handle client inquiries through office visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

• Guide clients regarding required documents, application procedures, and visa processing timelines.

• Review and verify visa documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Assist clients in completing application forms and preparing for visa interviews.

• Maintain regular follow-up with clients until final visa decisions are received.

• Coordinate with embassies, VFS centers, universities, agents, and relevant authorities when required.

• Maintain proper client records and update CRM/database regularly.

• Achieve monthly consultation and file booking targets.

• Stay updated with immigration policies, embassy requirements, and visa regulations of different countries.

• Support junior consultants and contribute to overall business growth.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors in any discipline.

• Master's degree will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Visa Consultancy / Immigration Consultancy.

• Previous experience as Senior Consultant or Visa Counselor will be preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent communication and counseling skills in Bangla and English.

• Strong client handling and sales conversion ability.

• Good knowledge of visa processing procedures for Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Schengen, and other countries.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Email Communication, and Internet Browsing.

• Smart, confident, target-oriented, and presentable personality.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
