About the Role

This role carries full ownership of our South Korea study desk. From the moment a student's file lands on your desk to the day their visa is approved, every step is your responsibility.

Our in-house team handles document preparation, legalization, translation, and notarization. Your job is to receive that complete package, compile and review everything, prepare the immigration file, write the SOP, and submit to South Korean immigration authority with zero margin for error.

You will work under management guidelines but execute independently. If that level of ownership excites you, read on.

Job Responsibilities

· Own the full South Korea visa and admission process end-to-end

· Counsel students and conduct an honest assessment of their academic and financial readiness before file opening

· Compile and review all documents prepared by the in-house team before submission

· Prepare immigration files and write SOPs that meet the standard visa authorities actually expect

· Handle embassy submissions and track each case independently with detailed records

· Ensure strict compliance with South Korean official requirements at every stage

· Never pass or submit an incomplete file. Flag gaps immediately

· Coordinate with management for strategy and process guidelines

· Maintain full accountability for every active case on your desk
