Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
BSc in Nursing from a government-recognized institution.
Valid registration from Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).
Post Basic BSc in Nursing, MPH, or training in Nursing Administration/Hospital Management will be given preference.

We are looking for a qualified, experienced, and dynamic female professional to join our Nursing Department as a Matron.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel across all wards, ICU, CCU, and Emergency Departments.
Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining hospital standards and clinical protocols.
Prepare and manage nursing duty rosters, shift schedules, and leave plans.
Conduct regular ward rounds and ensure proper implementation of doctors’ instructions.
Monitor infection prevention and control practices throughout the hospital.
Organize orientation programs and continuous nursing education (CME/CNE).
Participate in Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives and handle patient grievances.
Oversee inventory management of medications, emergency drugs, and medical equipment.
