Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
  • BSc in Nursing from a government-recognized institution.

  • Valid registration from Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

  • Post Basic BSc in Nursing, MPH, or training in Nursing Administration/Hospital Management will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:

Reports To: Director of Medical Services

We are looking for a qualified, experienced, and dynamic female professional to join our Nursing Department as a Matron.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel across all wards, ICU, CCU, and Emergency Departments.

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining hospital standards and clinical protocols.

  • Prepare and manage nursing duty rosters, shift schedules, and leave plans.

  • Conduct regular ward rounds and ensure proper implementation of doctors’ instructions.

  • Monitor infection prevention and control practices throughout the hospital.

  • Organize orientation programs and continuous nursing education (CME/CNE).

  • Participate in Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives and handle patient grievances.

  • Oversee inventory management of medications, emergency drugs, and medical equipment.
