Experience:

• Diploma in Nursing

• Diploma in Nursing from a BNMC-approved institution.

• Valid BNMC Registration Number is mandatory.

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Textile, Group of Companies, Share Brokerage/ Securities House

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Female

• Must have 1 year of work experience as a Medical Assistant in a factory.

• Freshers can also apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a factory environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical support and first aid to employees.

• Providing regular first aid and emergency response training to workplace first aid teams and employees.

• Provide health related training, counseling and guidance to employees.

• Maintain medical records and health reports.

• Assist in workplace health and safety activities.

• Support medical Doctor and emergency response when required.

• Ensure proper management of medicines and medical supplies.

• Perform other healthcare-related duties assigned by management.
