Job Summary:

The Home Care Nurse will provide professional nursing care and health support to the Managing Director and family members, as required. The nurse will reside at the Managing Director’s house and ensure timely medical assistance, health monitoring, medication management and emergency response while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Description / Responsibility:

·       Need to stay at MD’s house and need to provide daily nursing care and monitor health conditions.

·       Have to assess patients' physical and mental health conditions.

·       Administer medications, injections, IV therapy and other prescribed treatments.

·       Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately.

·       Provide wound care, catheter care and other nursing procedures.

·       Assist patients with activities of daily living when required.

·       Educate patients and family members about disease management, medication, nutrition, and home care practices.

·       Develop and update individualized care plans in coordination with physicians.

·       Maintain accurate patient records and prepare nursing reports.

·       Identify changes in patient conditions and report concerns to the supervising physician or healthcare team.

·       Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

·       Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and provide first aid or emergency care when necessary.

Educational Requirements:

·       Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent).

·       Valid nursing registration/license as required by local authorities.  

Additional Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to reside at the Managing Director’s residence.

• Should be available for emergency medical support at any time.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Female candidates may be preferred depending on family requirements.
