• Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently for client visits

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Executive – Sales & Marketing to promote and sell garment accessories, develop strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in the garment accessories industry and be capable of identifying new business opportunities while maintaining existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with garment factories, buying houses, and apparel manufacturers.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate new customer leads.

• Promote and sell garment accessories such as labels, tags, buttons, elastic, tapes, packaging materials, and other trims.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on customer inquiries.

• Coordinate with sales team, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

• Monitor customer orders, payments, and resolve any service-related issues.

• Conduct regular market visits and gather information on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

• Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.
