Experience with leather, synthetic leather, textile, and luxury handbag materials preferred.
Strong knowledge of handbag construction and luxury workmanship standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to quality and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and supervise daily cutting operations.
Ensure optimal material utilization and minimize waste.
Monitor cutting quality according to buyer specifications.
Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, IE, Technical, and Production teams.
Supervise CNC cutting, die cutting, clicker cutting, and manual cutting processes.
Monitor marker efficiency and material consumption.
Control WIP and ensure timely supply of cut parts.
Reduce cutting defects through process improvement.
Maintain machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen activities.
Prepare daily cutting performance reports.
