• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile engineering, IPE

• Age 26 to 34 years

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Good command of MS Excel and reporting.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong understanding of production planning and RMG operations.

• Prepare and monitor production plans in line with customer orders and delivery requirements.

• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, IE, SCM and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production flow.

• Monitor daily production progress against the approved plan and identify deviations.

• Analyze capacity, production status and order requirements to ensure optimum utilization of resources.

• Prepare regular planning reports and provide updates to management.

• Follow up on production schedules, line loading and order-wise production status.

• Identify potential bottlenecks and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.

• Perform any other planning-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
