Experience with leather, synthetic leather, textile, and luxury handbag materials preferred.
Strong knowledge of handbag construction and luxury workmanship standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to quality and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily packing operations.
Ensure packing follows buyer packing manuals and specifications.
Verify labels, barcodes, polybags, cartons, and accessories before shipment.
Monitor packing quality and prevent packing-related defects.
Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Planning, and Shipping departments.
Ensure correct carton assortment and shipment accuracy.
Monitor packing productivity and manpower utilization.
Maintain FIFO and packing material inventory.
Ensure workplace safety, 5S, and compliance.
Prepare daily packing reports and shipment status updates.
Support loading inspections and final shipment audits.
