Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Provide quality nursing care to indoor and outdoor patients.
Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain nursing records.
Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and dressings as prescribed by the physician.
Assist doctors during patient examinations and medical procedures.
Ensure infection prevention and maintain cleanliness in the workplace.
Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment and medication.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide necessary nursing support.
Maintain proper documentation and prepare patient reports.
Perform duties according to hospital policies and nursing ethics.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the hospital authority.
