• Willingness to work in rosters/shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night shifts).

• Must be a Registered Nurse under the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

• Strong clinical and technical nursing skills (e.g., cannulation, catheterization, dressing).

• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.

• Basic computer literacy (for patient management software and data entry).

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in wards, cabins, or OT as assigned.

• Monitor, record, and report vital signs, symptoms, or changes in patients' conditions to the attending physicians.

• Administer medications, intravenous (IV) fluids, and treatments accurately as prescribed.

• Assist doctors during clinical examinations, rounds, and minor/major surgical procedures.

• Maintain meticulous electronic and physical medical records and patient charts.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment for patients and staff.

• Deliver empathetic patient counseling and provide clear guidance to patient attendants regarding post-discharge care.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow hospital protocols.
