Professional Certification: Mandatory valid registration from Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years (Fresh graduates with valid BNMC registration may also be considered for Junior Staff Nurse roles).

Responsibilities & Context:
Provide direct, high-quality bedside nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with established hospital procedures.
Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and treatments safely, accurately, and strictly on schedule.
Monitor, record, and report vital signs, clinical symptoms, and changes in patient conditions to doctors and duty medical officers.
Assist physicians and specialists during ward rounds, bedside procedures, diagnostic tests, and clinical examinations.
Execute comprehensive nursing care plans, wound dressings, catheterizations, and specimen collection.
Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date patient records, treatment charts, and nursing notes.
Conduct thorough shift handovers, ensuring all critical patient details and medicine charts are accurately communicated to the incoming shift.
Adhere strictly to infection control, hygiene protocols, waste management, and patient safety guidelines.
Educate patients and their family members on nursing care, medication usage, and post-discharge instructions.
Respond promptly to patient emergency calls, provide basic life support (BLS), and assist in resuscitation efforts.
