Responsibilities & Context:
Provide quality nursing care to patients according to hospital policies and clinical guidelines.
Monitor patients' vital signs, health conditions, and treatment progress.
Administer medicines and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist doctors during examination, procedures, and emergency situations.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and other necessary documentation.
Ensure proper infection prevention and control practices.
Monitor and maintain patient safety, comfort, hygiene, and well-being.
Communicate effectively with patients, attendants, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide necessary nursing support.
Maintain cleanliness and proper use of nursing equipment and hospital facilities.
Follow hospital rules, regulations, duty schedules, and professional standards.
Perform any other nursing-related duties assigned by the hospital authority.
