Responsibilities & Context:
l Oversee the overall operations of the Company to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, scalability, and achievement of business objectives.
l Develop, execute, and monitor business strategies, operational plans, and organizational goals in alignment with the Company's vision, growth objectives, and Board directives.
l Establish operational KPIs, performance standards, and governance frameworks to drive accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement across all functions.
l Provide leadership, direction, and performance oversight to department heads and senior management to foster a high-performance culture.
l Monitor business performance, revenue growth, profitability, market trends, and key commercial metrics, and implement initiatives to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
l Identify business opportunities, operational improvements, market expansion initiatives, and strategic partnerships to strengthen the Company's competitive position.
l Advise the Board and Management on strategic, operational, and market-related matters to support informed decision-making and long-term business success.
l Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and corporate governance requirements while maintaining effective internal controls and risk management practices.
Oversee organizational planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and problem resolution to ensure optimal utilization of resources and achievement of business goals.
