Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

Bikroy Marketplace Ltd. is looking for high-energy, target-driven Sales Executives to join our Sales team. This is a pure sales role — your job is to go out, find new business, close deals, and onboard sellers across all categories on Bangladesh's largest classifieds marketplace. If you love the thrill of a new pitch and live for hitting numbers, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and approach potential new sellers through daily field visits, cold calls, and lead generation across all business categories.

  • Pitch Bikroy Marketplace's value proposition to prospective clients and convert them into active, paying sellers.

  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and first meeting to onboarding and first payment.

  • Register new seller accounts, guide clients through the platform, and ensure smooth onboarding via Bikroy's CRM.

  • Meet and exceed monthly acquisition KPIs: number of new sellers onboarded and revenue generated from new accounts.

  • Maintain accurate daily activity logs, pipeline updates, and performance reports in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with team leads and support teams to resolve onboarding issues quickly and keep the client experience smooth.

  • Identify high-potential market segments and contribute to team-level prospecting strategies.
