Experience:
Retired Army Officers (Minimum Major or equivalent rank) will be given preference.
Strong leadership, integrity, and disciplinary management capabilities.
Sound knowledge of corporate compliance, labor laws, regulatory requirements, and administrative governance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Develop and implement administrative and compliance policies, procedures, and SOPs across the organization.
Lead and oversee all administrative operations to ensure efficient support services for business functions.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Maintain liaison with government authorities, regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, utility providers, and external stakeholders.
Oversee office facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, housekeeping, and workplace management activities.
Ensure proper management, maintenance, utilization, and security of company assets and properties.
Supervise transport and fleet operations, including vehicle management, maintenance, fuel control, and driver administration.
Lead security operations and ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, facilities, and company assets.
Monitor and ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, permits, contracts, agreements, and statutory documents.
Conduct compliance audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and address potential gaps.
Develop and implement corrective action plans to strengthen operational and regulatory compliance.
Manage administrative budgets and implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality.
Oversee procurement and vendor management activities related to administration and support services.
Evaluate and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Establish and maintain effective asset inventory and tracking systems.
Lead office renovation, relocation, expansion, and infrastructure development projects when required.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, fire safety, environmental, and security standards.
Prepare periodic reports, compliance updates, operational analyses, and management presentations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Administration & Compliance team to achieve departmental objectives.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
