Experience:
CA (CC) / CA (Part Qualified) from ICAB preferred.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, IAS, Bangladesh Income Tax, VAT, and corporate compliance.
Hands-on experience in budgeting, financial planning, treasury, and MIS reporting.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function of the organization.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Ensure effective cash flow, treasury, and working capital management.
Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and business performance reports for senior management.
Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain strong internal control systems and financial governance.
Ensure compliance with all applicable tax, VAT, corporate, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate statutory, internal, and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
Oversee banking relationships, financing arrangements, and fund management.
Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory valuation, and fixed assets.
Evaluate financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and commercial insights.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial discipline across the organization.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
