Experience:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, distributors,
dealers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new institutional customers and
distribution partners.
• Ensure product availability and proper stock levels across assigned distribution
channels.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and
market trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts and develop territory-specific sales plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Supply Chain, Finance, and
Customer Service, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Monitor outstanding payments and support timely collection from customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market
intelligence.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical business
practices.
