Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and result-oriented E-Commerce In-Charge to manage daily online sales operations, customer orders, inventory monitoring, product listing, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have experience with e-commerce platforms, Facebook page management, order processing, and coordination with courier services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management

• Process daily online orders accurately.

• Confirm customer orders via phone, Messenger, WhatsApp, or website.

• Create and manage orders in the e-commerce system.

• Ensure timely dispatch of all confirmed orders.

• Track order status and handle delivery issues.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels regularly.

• Update inventory quantities on the website and marketplaces.

• Report low-stock products to management.

• Maintain accurate stock records.

• Assist in stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

3. Product Management

• Upload new products to the website.

• Update product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and images.

• Ensure product information is accurate and SEO-friendly.

• Maintain product categories and collections.

4. Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, and website chat.

• Handle customer complaints professionally.

• Resolve order-related issues and returns.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction.

5. Facebook & Digital Sales Support

• Monitor Facebook page inbox and comments.

• Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaigns.

• Update promotional offers and banners.

• Assist in increasing online sales performance.

6. Courier & Delivery Coordination

• Create courier bookings.

• Follow up on delivery status.

• Handle return and exchange processes.

• Maintain courier performance records.

7. Reporting & Operations

• Prepare daily sales reports.

• Generate stock reports.

• Monitor order fulfillment performance.

• Submit weekly and monthly operational reports.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.

• Fresh graduates with strong e-commerce knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Experience

• 1 years experience in E-Commerce, Online Sales, or Operations.

• Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, Daraz, or similar platforms is preferred.

Skills

• Good communication skills (Bangla & English).

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing.

• Inventory management knowledge.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
