Experience:
· Minimum 5 years of active sales/marketing experience in the textile and garment machinery industry (specifically CAD/CAM, cutting room automation, or heavy garment machinery).
· Experience working with or selling Chinese/International garment machinery brands to top-tier RMG groups in Bangladesh is highly preferred.
· Proven track record of high-end business negotiation, resource integration, and managing industrial B2B sales teams.
· Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) will be considered a major advantage for direct coordination with the head office.
· Result-oriented mindset with high pressure resistance and a proactive approach to closing high-value industrial deals.
· Strategic Client Acquisition: Communicate and negotiate with top-tier management (CEOs, MDs, Factory Heads) of textile and garment enterprises to develop high-end strategic B2B clients.
· Team Leadership & Targets: Lead, train, and mentor a team of 4 Sales Executives. Set clear sales targets, monitor performance via the KPI/IPK performance appraisal system, and ensure the team achieves its goals.
· Target Achievement: Take full ownership of individual and team sales targets for intelligent automatic cutting machines.
· Market Planning: Analyze local RMG market conditions, formulate annual/quarterly sales plans, and execute strategies to maximize brand market share.
· Operations & Coordination: Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from order follow-up and project implementation to coordinating after-sales technical support with our Chinese headquarters.
· Reporting: Collect market data, prepare comprehensive data analysis, and conduct business reviews for the core management.
