Responsibilities & Context:
Strategic Client Acquisition: Communicate and negotiate with top-tier management (CEOs, MDs, Factory Heads) of textile and garment enterprises to develop high-end strategic B2B clients.
Team Leadership & Targets: Lead, train, and mentor a team of 4 Sales Executives. Set clear sales targets, monitor performance via the KPI/IPK performance appraisal system, and ensure the team achieves its goals.
Target Achievement: Take full ownership of individual and team sales targets for intelligent automatic cutting machines.
Market Planning: Analyze local RMG market conditions, formulate annual/quarterly sales plans, and execute strategies to maximize brand market share.
Operations & Coordination: Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from order follow-up and project implementation to coordinating after-sales technical support with our Chinese headquarters.
Reporting: Collect market data, prepare comprehensive data analysis, and conduct business reviews for the core management.
