Experience:
· 1 to 3 years of sales experience in the RMG sector, preferably selling garment machinery, accessories, or software (CAD/CAM). Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a passion for industrial sales are also encouraged to apply.
· Sound knowledge of the local garment and textile market structure.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work under target pressure, travel frequently to industrial areas, and maintain a proactive sales mindset.
· Basic fluency in English (ability to understand technical product specifications).
Job Context: To support our rapid market expansion for our high-performance Chinese intelligent automatic cutting machines, we are recruiting 4 dynamics and goal-driven Sales Executives. Operating directly under the Sales Manager, these individuals will drive ground-level sales, execute client outreach, and tap into the growing demand for factory automation in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation: Actively scout, visit, and identify potential clients (Garments, Textile factories, and Cutting room units) across key industrial zones (Gazipur, Ashulia, Narayanganj, Chittagong).
· Product Demonstration: Conduct product presentations and explain the technical and cost-saving advantages of our intelligent automatic cutting machines to factory floor managers and purchase teams.
· Target Fulfillment: Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
· Client Relationship: Maintain excellent relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Market Intelligence: Gather market insights, competitor activities, and feedback from the field and report directly to the Sales Manager.
· Coordination: Assist clients through the installation phase and coordinate with the technical team for any after-sales queries.
